The Polish rod stuffing box is our company's new type patent product.
It has the following functions:
1. Powerful auto axial self-aligning can decline ± 10° At any direction. Radial inclination regulation function permits the maximum offset of displacement up to ± 20mm. And it makes the seal packing wear equally. Simultaneously, it reduces the Polish surface cut caused by eccentric wear to prolong the working life of the seal packing and the Polish rod.
2. The deforming compensation scope is larger and the sealing capability is better, which reduce the phenomenon of running, belching, dropping and leaking.
3. It reduces ground pollution and oil loss caused in the process of well off and replacing the packing set. It also reduces labor intensity and material cost, and improves the working efficiency.
4. It has the leaking-proof and theft-guarding functions. Maintenance is convenient. Compared with general products, the working life of the Polish rod is twice or three times longer.
